We are so excited that you decided to read about us. Our story began before we even met.

Nego, a true musician at heart was born and raised in Haiti, a wonderful country in the tropics of the carribbean. He began taking local piano lessons at a young age but had to teach himself after the program was terminated. From that point on he took every opportunity to learn new instruments, join choirs, lead choirs, to get involved in local church groups to sing and even formed his own youth organization to teach and lead the youth of Jacmel. He has developed a strong passion for music within his group and even recorded a Creole C.D with all the youth singing praise and worship songs.

Ellen, who grew up in a musical family always knew that it would be a large part of her life. With every family member playing and writing music she started to develop a passion for music. A love for singing welled up in her heart but was quite shy to show it. It wasn't until her final year in college that she learned to play the guitar and broke the silence that was haunting her. She joined worship teams in churches and even tried out for a local singing competition to break out of her shell.

With one trip to Haiti everything was changed for both. Ellen went on her second mission trip to Haiti when she stumbled into the life of Nego. She saw the ministry he was undertaking and even noticed his love and passion for music. Soon after meeting they began communicating and within months they had fallen in love. The Lord blessed them with a wonderful marriage 7 months later. From that point on they have dedicated themselves to raising up the youth of Haiti and playing and writing music together. Their hope is to now share with the world the love they have for Jesus and for eachother through the power of music!
